Exhale is a magazine that offers female-focused journalism, strong community connections, essential resources, and lively events. Beyond showcasing their content, The Exhale team needed their website to be a platform for their community to connect.

Why Viv?
We developed a website for The Bay State Banner a year before, with then CEO Sandra Casagrand. When Sandra was looking for a team for her new project of launching a women’s magazine, she again looked to Viv.
Working with Exhale allowed us to collaborate with Sandra’s star-studded team, including Kristine Kennedy, who served for over ten years as an editor at Better Homes and Gardens, and Dan Goodwin, who has been a publication print designer for over 15 years.

An Ongoing Relationship
We created a manual for the site that allows them to continue to edit the site through staff changes. In addition, we host and maintain the site to keep it performant, updated and optimized. We are also on retainer to make any additional small changes that inevitably come up, since Exhale launches new programs and initiatives regularly.
The team brings an excellent combination of design talent, copywriting prowess, and higher education expertise. They very quickly learned the complexities within the unit and are champions of our brand and messaging consistency. I have watched as they graciously and confidently respond to the often shifting needs of our market segments, always acting as strong strategy consultants.
