We were hired for this project through our partnership with Tech Networks, a leading IT services company in Boston, which has a well-earned reputation for understanding and serving nonprofits.

We took the BARCC’s existing brand colors and created a dynamic sub-brand to lend the BARCC walk its own design clout while tying it in with its larger organization from a visual standpoint.
The most impactful image is the homepage slider, for which we built custom images. The slider prominently features congresswoman Ayanna Pressley, who has been an advocate for victims of sexual assault and a compelling spokesperson for the walk.

Our willingness and technical chops to integrate the online fundraising platform “Classy” into WordPress was key to winning this work. The redesign allowed for a site that marries the “Classy” functionality with a world-class content management system.

Our deep expertise in fundraising functionalities thanks to our experience working with many non-profit organizations helped us integrate “Classy,” which was challenging and required some API calls.

We created a manual for the site that has allowed them to continue to edit the site through staff changes. In addition to that, we host and maintain the site to help keep it performant, updated and optimized. We are also on retainer to make any additional small changes that inevitably come up with an innovative organization, which launches new programs and initiatives regularly.
